How to start investing in investment funds?

Step 1. Open a financial instruments account with Citadele

To buy fund units, you need to be a Citadele client and sign an agreement to open a financial instruments account and execute securities transactions.

In Citadele online bank: Investments > Create new > Application for conclusion of the Contract on Financial Instruments Accounts and Transactions.

To make investments, transfer the desired amount to your financial instruments cash account.

In the online bank: Investments > Deposit funds

Optional: If you plan to invest in foreign currency, you can exchange it directly in the online bank: Payments > Currency exchange

Step 3. Submit an order to buy or sell securities

Once your accounts are open and funded, you can place buy or sell orders for investment fund units.
