Artis Mežis is a Portfolio Manager with an extensive experience within the financial sector. He began his career at the CBL Asset Management in 2012 as a Risk Analyst before transitioning to the role of Equity Analyst. He later joined the bond fund team as a Fixed Income Analyst, where the funds under management received international recognition from Morningstar and Lipper.
Since 2020, Artis has been actively involved in the management of pension plans, focusing on the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities across Europe, the United States, and emerging markets. Since 2023, he is one of the portfolio managers of the CBL Eastern Europe Bond Fund and the CBL Global Emerging Markets Bond Fund.
Artis holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from the Durham University (United Kingdom).

Zigurds Vaikulis is Chief Investment Officer at CBL Asset Management since January 2011. Before that he led for several years CBL Asset Management Market Analysis Division. Zigurds Vaikulis is responsible for client portfolio and fund management teams and he is also directly involved in specific research fields, including macroeconomic, Forex and interest rates. Zigurds Vaikulis is responsible for CBL Asset Management overall investment strategy, according to which global asset allocation in CBL Asset Management pension funds and customer portfolios is managed. Zigurds Vaikulis is CBL Asset Management Board. Zigurds Vaikulis holds BBA degree from University of Latvia.
